The Canucks have come off a great game. They dominated and won 5-2. Many people had critcisms of Pettersson, who quickly silenced critics. In Game 1 he didn’t hit a single shot, but he made up for this with a stellar performance in this game. Not only was his shooting improved, but he threw in a few assists aswell, and generally played a huge role in Vancouver winning.

Vegas may have lost the last game to Vancouver, but things looked very different in Game 1. They won 5-0, and the Canucks didn’t even come close to showing any threat. Their defense was very good, and their offense was incredible, demonstrated by the scoreline. At this point, Vegas can find what worked for them in their first game and focus on that. What we can see, is two sides who are fairly even matched. It’s going to come down to how can consistently win the games.Â
