Santa Clara Team News

The Santa Clara Broncos are coming off a 71-63 win over the San Jose State Spartans. It was their only win this season. They are 1-4 so far. They are looking for their second win, but this is not a game in their favor.

The Broncos need more numbers in the win part, no doubt about that. But for that, they need to clock much better than they currently are.

California Team News

The California Golden Bears are 1-3. After their season-opening 76-59 loss to the Yale Bulldogs, they had their 80-66 win over the Hampton Pirates. But after that, they had a couple more losses. So, currently on a two-game losing streak (82-79 loss at the hands of the St. John’s Red Storm and then a 76-59 beating from the Temple Owls), they are looking forward to winning one more game.

This seems to be the perfect matchup to have a win. Of course, the Bears will need to play their best California game. Only that can ensure a comfortable win. But we’re sure that after two losses, they can pull that much off at least. Let’s see how well they play the game.
